Our very first Floral Therapy experience— truly one of a kind, and perhaps the first of its kind worldwide✨ More than making beautiful floral art, this workshop invites you to explore life reflections, gratitude, experience the connection between nature and life, relieve stress, and strengthen resilience🌼💛 📅 Dates: Oct 12 (Sun), Oct 25 (Sat), Nov 9 (Sun), Nov 22 (Sat) 🕥 Time: 10:30am–12:30pm 📍 Venue: Richmond Hill (DM for details) 💲 Fee: CAD $450 (FREE if fully covered by insurance**) The above discounted fee applies when attending all 4 sessions. For those joining separately, a minimum of two sessions is required. The fees per session are as follows: Oct 12: $160 Oct 25: $90 Nov 9: $80 Nov 22:$160 By joining all sessions, you’ll experience the full impact of floral therapy, as each is designed to build on the connection of the previous ones. 👩‍🏫 Instructor: Michelle Yung (Registered Social Worker / Florist) 👯‍♀️ Bring a friend and enjoy a $30 discount each (Offer not applicable for insurance-covered participants) 🗣 Language: Cantonese, with English support 1. 🌼Fresh Flower Basket (Oct 12) Practice mindfulness while arranging a fresh flower basket and learn the art of drying flowers 2. 🌸Flower pressing & Pounding ToteBag (Oct 25) Transform flowers into a new stage of life — create pressed flowers, then use natural pigments to pound floral patterns onto a totebag 3. 🍁Pressed Flower Photo Frame (Nov 9) Design a photo frame with pressed flowers and autumn leaves, carrying memories and stories of the season 4. 🎄Dried Flower Xmas Wreath (Nov 22) With our loved ones in mind this festive season, we’ll craft a wreath that symbolizes gratitude and connection *photos for reference **Insurance Coverage: This workshop is co-hosted with HarbourHaven Psychotherapy & Consultation and may be eligible for reimbursement under your Extended Health Benefits.
